Terms of Service

Rach: Crew Roster & Layover (“Rach”) · Effective date: 2026-07-10 · Amended: 2026-07-22 · Contact: support@rangtaw.com

1. Acceptance

By downloading or using Rach, you agree to these terms.

2. License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use Rach on devices you own or control, for your own crew-scheduling and layover use.

3. No accounts

Rach has no user accounts. Your data lives on your device; we cannot access, back up, or recover it on your behalf.

4. No wake-up alarms — the schedule is display-only

Rach does not sound alarms or send notifications. It displays your schedule times (wake, curfew, shuttle, report) for reference only; waking is the responsibility of your hotel wake-up call and your own phone alarm. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rach and its developer are not liable for missed report times, duties, flights, or any consequence of relying on the displayed schedule.

5. Informational tool, not an official source

Rach is an informational companion tool. Imported rosters may contain parse errors — you must verify your schedule against your official roster before relying on it. Layover information (places, ratings, weather, exchange rates, flight routes) comes from third-party providers and may be incomplete or out of date — verify anything that matters before relying on it. Per-diem figures are calculated only from rates you enter yourself; Rach does not assert or guarantee any rate.

6. Layover plans are suggestions — your judgment and your airline's rules come first

Layover plans (including AI-generated itineraries, timings, travel-time estimates, opening hours, and rest/wind-down suggestions) are suggestions built from your stated preferences and public information. They may be incomplete, out of date, or wrong — verify opening hours, travel times, and local conditions before heading out. When you choose to proceed with a plan the app has warned you about (for example, one that runs past your suggested rest window or visits a venue that may be closed), you do so at your own discretion and risk. Your airline's rest, conduct, and layover policies always take precedence over anything Rach suggests — you are responsible for complying with them and for making your own report times. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rach and its developer are not liable for missed reports or duties, insufficient rest, venue closures or changes, transport delays, or any other consequence of following, adapting, or ignoring a plan.

7. Not medical advice

The crew diary is a private mirror for your own reflection — it is not medical advice, a diagnosis, or a substitute for professional care.

8. Service limits

Online features (roster import, layover guides, flight lookup) are rate-limited per install to keep the service free and available for everyone. The app tells you when a limit is reached and when it resets. Limits may change.

9. Subscriptions

Premium subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled, at the price shown in the App Store or Play Store listing (currently $3.99/month or $37.99/year). Manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Play Store account settings. If you lose access on a new device, use "Restore Purchases" in the app. On iOS, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement applies.

10. Trademarks

Rach is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any airline. All trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

11. Termination

We may suspend or discontinue Rach at any time. Because your data lives on your device, uninstalling the app removes Rach's access to it entirely.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
